ATESH partisans conduct reconnaissance of Russian army headquarters directing the assault on Pokrovsk
The ATESH partisan movement has carried out reconnaissance of the headquarters of the 2nd Combined Arms Army of Russia’s Central Military District, which directly commands the offensive on the Pokrovsk axis.
This was reported by the ATESH movement.
It is noted that movement agents in Samara conducted reconnaissance of a key command facility, which ATESH describes as the “brain centre” of operations against Pokrovsk. It is through this headquarters that operational control is exercised over units involved in attempts to destroy the city, in particular the 21st and 30th Separate Guards Motor Rifle Brigades, as well as the 385th Guards Artillery Brigade.
The movement emphasises that these formations are known for their “meat-grinder assaults” and a complete disregard for the lives of both civilians and their own personnel.
“We are aware of the nature of their orders, the real scale of their losses, and the morale of the units. Every one of their crimes is being documented and will not go unanswered,” ATESH stated.
During the reconnaissance, movement agents:
- recorded the territory of the headquarters and adjacent facilities;
- identified the licence plate numbers of vehicles belonging to senior leadership and operational services;
- studied the security system and patrol schedules (noting the constant presence of traffic police vehicles and enhanced security measures);
- personally observed the chief of staff and a number of high-ranking officers.
In addition, ATESH claims to have access to internal information regarding operational planning and the current situation.
“All the photos, videos and information obtained have already been handed over to the Defence Forces of Ukraine. We know about your every step. Retribution for Pokrovsk is inevitable,” the statement said.
Earlier, agents of the ATESH partisan movement carried out a precise strike against a Russian air defence system directly in the Moscow region.
