Putin and Xi Jinping discussed Russia's war against Ukraine — Peskov
During his visit to China, Russian dictator Vladimir Putin discussed the war against Ukraine with Chinese leader Xi Jinping.
This was stated by Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov.
According to him, Putin and Xi Jinping did not discuss the “peace plan” for Ukraine proposed by China in 2023, but the topic of Ukraine was raised during the talks.
Peskov also stated that Russia is allegedly ready for dialogue with Europe.
Following U.S. President Donald Trump, Vladimir Putin arrived in China for a meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping.
During his visit to China, Vladimir Putin had hoped to secure Beijing’s approval for the construction of a new large-scale gas pipeline, but the talks ended without a result.
