Russia attacked a minibus in Kherson with a drone; there is one fatality and several injured
On the morning of July 8, Russian forces launched a drone strike on a public bus in Kherson. A 72-year-old woman was killed in the attack, and seven other passengers were injured.
According to him, at around 7:00 a.m., a Russian drone attacked a commuter bus in the Korabelny district of Kherson.
“Around 7:00 a.m., Russian terrorists attacked a bus with a drone in the Korabelny district of Kherson. A woman was killed in the attack,” Prokudin said.
Yaroslav Shanko, head of the Kherson City Military Administration, clarified that the victim of the Russian strike was a 72-year-old resident of Kherson.
As of 8:15 a.m., the regional military administration reported that the number of casualties had risen to seven. All the wounded are receiving the necessary medical care.
In addition, Oleksandr Prokudin reported that over the past 24 hours, 18 people were wounded as a result of Russian shelling of the Kherson region. The circumstances of the new attack and the condition of the victims are being clarified.

Furthermore, on the night of July 8, Russian troops launched a missile strike on Kyiv, killing one woman. Two other people were injured; emergency services are working at the impact sites, and efforts to address the aftermath of the attack are ongoing.
Since the evening, Russian troops have carried out more than two dozen strikes on the Dnipropetrovsk region, using drones and artillery. Five districts in the region came under enemy fire, and four civilians were injured as a result of the shelling.
As a reminder, Russian forces struck Odesa—there are casualties, and infrastructure has been damaged.
The strike on Odesa was carried out with a missile equipped with a cluster warhead.
