Russia attacks energy and port infrastructure in Odesa region; children among the victims
On the evening of 24 November and during the night, Russian forces carried out a massive attack on the Odesa region. Six people were injured, including two children, the State Emergency Service reported.
The strikes caused fires at energy and port infrastructure facilities across the region. Rescuers said their work was complicated by repeated air raid alerts while extinguishing the fires.

On the night of 25 November, Kyiv also came under a significant Russian attack, particularly in the Brovary and Bila Tserkva districts. The most severe damage occurred in Bila Tserkva, where an explosion hit a four-storey residential building.
As a result of another airstrike on the capital, heat supply to homes in several Kyiv districts was temporarily reduced.
