Russia attacked a minibus and a car in Kherson; one person was killed and others were injured
Russian occupation forces attacked a shuttle bus and a passenger car with a drone in the Central District of Kherson. The attack resulted in one civilian death and several injuries.
“Russian terrorists once again attacked a commuter bus with a drone in the Central District of Kherson. A passenger car was also hit,” the statement said.
Initial reports indicated that there might be civilian casualties as a result of the attack. More detailed information regarding the consequences of the strike was later released.
According to the Kherson City Military Administration, a 25-year-old woman who was at a public transportation stop at the time of the attack was injured when explosives were dropped from the drone.
She was diagnosed with blast trauma and a shrapnel wound to her left leg.
The victim was taken to a hospital, where medical personnel are providing her with the necessary care.
The prosecutor’s office reported that one person was killed and another was injured when explosives were dropped on a passenger car.
In addition, according to preliminary data, five passengers were injured as a result of an attack on a shuttle bus.
Thus, the Russian strike on civilian transport in the Central District of Kherson resulted in one fatality and several civilian injuries.
Details regarding the consequences of the attack are still being clarified.

As a reminder, the intensity of Russian attacks on Kherson has increased 2.5-fold since the beginning of the year. At the same time, only about 20% of the city’s pre-war population remains—approximately 60,000 people out of 300,000.
Over the past week, Russian troops have struck border crossing points in southern Ukraine four times. On the border with Moldova, the “Vynogradivka–Vulcanesti” border crossing was damaged, while the “Tabaky–Mirne” checkpoint was completely destroyed; the “Orlivka–Isaccha” checkpoint on the border with Romania was also hit.
As of the morning of September 4, power outages were reported in four regions of Ukraine as a result of new Russian shelling. Utility workers continue to work on restoring power and addressing the aftermath of the enemy attacks.
