Russia attacked Odesa region with drones, damaging port infrastructure

In the Odesa region, facilities of port and transport infrastructure were damaged as a result of an attack by Russian strike drones.

This was reported on Telegram by the Head of the Odesa Regional State Administration, Oleh Kiper.

According to him, “last night the enemy once again attacked the Odesa region with strike drones. Port and transport infrastructure facilities were damaged.”

As a result of the strike, a dry cargo warehouse and ship containers were damaged, and windows were shattered in administrative buildings. No fires were reported and there were no casualties.

Emergency and municipal services are working at the scene. Law enforcement officers are documenting further war crimes committed by Russia.

It should be recalled that on the evening of 2 March, Russia carried out a strike on Sumy. A three-storey building was damaged in the attack, and no information about casualties had been reported at that time.

A state of emergency was declared in Sumy due to flooding of infrastructure and residential buildings.

Russian forces also carried out an air strike on Sumy, injuring two children and an elderly woman.

In addition, emergency rescue and search operations are ongoing in the village of Malynivka, Kharkiv region, following a Russian strike on a warehouse building.

Earlier, Russian forces attacked two districts of the Dnipropetrovsk region with artillery and drones.
