Russia attacked the Odesa region; one person has been killed in the Izmail district
One person was killed and another injured in the Izmail district of the Odesa region as a result of a Russian attack.
This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine on Facebook.
According to rescue workers, on the evening of March 24, the enemy struck a residential area. The attack destroyed a private home, which subsequently caught fire. Six neighboring residential buildings were also damaged.
The fire was quickly extinguished. The circumstances of the tragedy and exact details regarding the victims are being clarified.
On March 24, Russian occupiers carried out a massive attack on western regions of Ukraine using kamikaze drones. In Lviv, one of the drones struck a building in the city center, causing a fire.
This attack was part of a large-scale air assault by the Russian Federation that on March 24 targeted several regions of Ukraine, including critical infrastructure facilities in the rear regions.
