K-2 drones blocked the route between Debaltseve and Alchevsk

The Ukrainian Armed Forces’ Unmanned Systems Forces announced that they had brought the entrances to the temporarily occupied town of Debaltseve in Donetsk Oblast under fire control and struck a key overpass connecting the town with Alchevsk. According to the military, the drones’ strike operations effectively hampered the movement of the occupiers’ equipment in this area. The 20th Separate K-2 Unmanned Systems Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ Unmanned Systems Forces reported this on Facebook.

The Ukrainian Unmanned Systems Forces continue to put pressure on the logistics of Russian troops in the occupied territories, and this time, one of the key transportation hubs in the Debaltseve area came under attack, where, according to the military, they managed to bring the entrances to the city under fire control and damage the overpass connecting it to Alchevsk.

During combat operations, strike drones struck a section of road of strategic importance for the movement of military equipment, and it was there, according to them, that fires and explosions were recorded. The military’s statement reads: “How we took control of the entrances to Debaltseve. K-2 strike drones severed the Debaltseve–Alchevsk overpass,” noting that numerous explosions and fires involving the occupiers’ equipment occurred along a 200-meter stretch.

According to the unit, this operation is primarily aimed at disrupting the supply and movement of Russian forces in the region, where transport routes play a key role in supporting the front lines, and regular drone strikes are gradually changing the situation on the ground.

Details of the strike are currently being clarified, and military officials emphasize that the work of the Unmanned Systems Forces continues and is systematic in nature, aimed at weakening the enemy’s logistics and combat capabilities in the occupied territories.

Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces announced the destruction of two Tu-142 aircraft and an Iskander operational-tactical missile system at a military airfield in Taganrog, Russia.

On the night of May 29–30, drones attacked fuel infrastructure facilities in Russia, resulting in fires at an oil depot in Armavir and at the port of Taganrog.

Over the past 24 hours, 291 combat engagements were recorded on the front lines between the Ukrainian Defense Forces and Russian troops, with the heaviest fighting continuing in the Pokrovsk direction.

Over the past day, the Russian army lost another 1,430 soldiers in the war against Ukraine. Ukrainian defenders also destroyed dozens of artillery systems, hundreds of vehicles, and nearly 1,800 drones.

On the night of May 30, Russia launched a massive air attack on Ukraine, using missiles and hundreds of drones, but most of the targets were successfully neutralized by air defense forces.
