Russia attacks Odesa region at night: Infrastructure facility in Artsyz damaged

Russian forces carried out a night attack with strike drones on the territory of Odesa region, hitting a critical infrastructure facility in the city of Artsyz.
This was reported on Telegram by the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper.

Preliminary information indicates that the attack targeted civilian infrastructure, which has no connection to military objectives.

As a result of the strike, some residents of the city temporarily lost access to usual public services, and the relevant services had to quickly switch networks and contain the damage.
According to local authorities, the damaged facility plays an important role in maintaining the livelihood of the settlement, so specialized teams immediately began emergency repair and restoration work.
Experts are inspecting the structures, assessing the extent of the damage, and gradually restoring resource supply to consumers to minimize inconvenience for residents.
Municipal services are also working to clear debris, check the condition of networks, and eliminate local damage that could pose a hazard to residents.

Despite the intensity of the strike, there are no reports of fatalities so far; however, medical personnel provided assistance to several people who experienced stress and minor injuries during the alarming night.
Patrolling has been increased in the city, and rescuers together with law enforcement are controlling the affected area to prevent possible secondary fires or structural collapses.
Local residents are advised not to approach the strike site, follow instructions from the services, and always respond to air raid alerts, which may indicate a new wave of attacks.
