Russia has attacked the Dnipropetrovsk region more than 20 times; a post office and a high school have been damaged
On the night of and in the morning of August 7, Russian troops attacked five districts in the Dnipropetrovsk region more than 20 times. The enemy used artillery and drones; the shelling damaged civilian infrastructure and residential buildings.
According to Ganzha, in the Nikopol district, Russian forces attacked Nikopol, as well as the communities of Marganetsk, Pokrovsk, and Chervonohryhorivka.
The strikes damaged a post office, a high school, and a private home.
In the Hrushev community of the Kryvyi Rih district, a Russian strike damaged a private home.
In the Vyshnevska and Bozhedarivska communities of the Kamyanske district, fires broke out following the attacks. Infrastructure was also damaged.
In the Synelnykivskyi District, the Petropavlivska and Shakhtarska communities came under fire. An administrative building and a car were damaged there.
In addition, Russian troops attacked Pavlohrad.

Over the past 24 hours, Russian troops carried out 997 strikes on 56 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region. Ten people were wounded as a result of enemy attacks on Zaporizhzhia and the Zaporizhzhia district.
On the night of August 5, 2026, Russian shelling of the Kyiv region destroyed warehouses containing finished products belonging to JTI Ukraine, and goods belonging to distributors and retail partners of Imperial Brands Ukraine were also damaged. None of the employees of the affected companies were injured.
In Kyiv, Russian shelling damaged the logistics center of the “Ranok” publishing house.
Russia cynically referred to the massive attack on Ukraine as a “retaliatory strike.”
