Russia launched a massive attack on the Odesa region in the middle of the day
On August 22, Russia launched a prolonged combined strike on the Odesa region, during which three people were injured, including a 16-year-old girl. A private home, a summer cottage, and an agricultural enterprise were damaged; at the agricultural enterprise, three grain silos were destroyed.
Oleg Kipper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, reported this on Telegram.
“During the day, Russia carried out a prolonged combined strike on the region’s civilian infrastructure. A private home and a summer cottage were damaged. Unfortunately, a woman and a 16-year-old girl were injured. In addition, an agricultural enterprise was hit, and three grain silos were damaged. One other person was injured,” the statement reads.
All relevant services are working at the sites of the strikes. Assistance is being provided to the victims, Kipper noted.
As a reminder, Russia has once again struck the port of Odesa, and there are casualties.
In Izyum, Kharkiv Oblast, five people were injured as a result of a Russian airstrike. The enemy also damaged at least 15 residential buildings.
Since the evening of August 16, the Russian army has attacked four districts of the Dnipropetrovsk region nearly 20 times. Five people were wounded as a result of the enemy strikes.
In Kherson, power outages occurred as a result of yet another round of Russian shelling.
