On August 22, the analytical project DeepState reported the complete occupation of the town of Rodynske in the Donetsk region, located north of Pokrovsk and Myrnohrad. Russian troops have also advanced near Artilne in the Kharkiv region, the analysts reported.

“The enemy has occupied Rodynske and has also advanced near Artilne,” the analysts’ report stated.

As is known, Rodynske is a town in the Pokrovsk municipal community of Donetsk Oblast. Fighting for the town has been ongoing since last fall. In the winter, the town found itself in the so-called “gray zone,” and now, according to DeepState, Russian troops have established control over it.

Artilne is a village in the Vilkhuvatska rural community of the Kupianskyi District in Kharkiv Oblast.
