Russia has launched 890 strikes on Zaporizhzhia; one person has been killed and others wounded
Over the past 24 hours, Russian occupiers carried out 890 strikes on 49 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region. As a result of enemy attacks on Zaporizhzhia and the Zaporizhzhia district, one person was killed and four others were wounded.
According to Fedorov, over the past 24 hours, Russian forces carried out 12 airstrikes on Komyshuvas, Yuliivka, Zhovta Krucha, Samiilivka, Ternivka, Omelnyk, Mykilskyi, Vasylivskyi, Yegorivka, and Vozdvyzhivka.
In addition, Russian forces actively deployed drones.
Over the past 24 hours, 692 UAVs of various types, primarily FPV drones, attacked Zaporizhzhia and a number of settlements in the region.
Among the targets were, in particular, Malokaterynivka, Kushuhum, Balabine, Richne, Bilenke, Rozumivka, Hryhorivka, Novoyakovlivka, Zapasne, Veselyanka, Novotavriiske, Matviivka, Stepnogorsk, Plavni, Primorske, Orikhiv, Zaliznychne, Shcherbaky, Novoandriivka, Novopavlivka, Preobrazhenka, Novodanilivka, Mala Tokmachka, Huliaipilske, Vozdvizhivka, and other settlements.
In addition to airstrikes and drones, Russian forces fired artillery at settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region 186 times.
In particular, strikes targeted Richne, Chervono-Dniprovka, Hryhorivka, Zapasne, Novoyakovlivka, Stepnogorsk, Plavni, Primorske, Pavlivka, Lukyanivske, Orikhiv, Zaliznychne, Shcherbaky, Novoandriivka, Novopavlivka, Novodanilivka, Mala Tokmachka, Chervona Krynytsia, Omelnyk, Luhivske, Charivne, Novoselivka, Hulyaypilsk, Hirke, Staroukrainka, Verkhnya Tersa, Vozdvyzhivka, Tsvitkove, Kosivtseve, and Nove Zaporizhzhia.
According to the Zaporizhzhia Regional State Administration, 73 reports of damage to residential buildings, vehicles, and infrastructure facilities were received following the Russian attacks.
In total, 49 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region came under enemy fire over the past 24 hours. The consequences of the shelling and information about the casualties are being clarified.
