Russia has carried out more than 700 strikes on the Zaporizhzhia region over the past 24 hours, resulting in casualties

Over the past 24 hours, Russian forces carried out 725 strikes on 39 settlements in Zaporizhzhia Oblast. Two people were killed and ten others were wounded as a result of attacks on Zaporizhzhia and the Zaporizhzhia district.

This was reported by the head of the regional military administration, Ivan Fedorov, on Telegram.

According to him, the occupiers carried out 18 airstrikes on a number of settlements, including Zarichne, Malokaterynivka, Kushuhum, Orikhiv, Charivne, and others.

In addition, 495 drones of various types, mostly FPV, attacked both the regional center and dozens of other settlements in the region, including Vilnyansk, Novomykolaivka, Stepnogorsk, Huliaipole, and Bilohiria.

Six attacks from multiple-launch rocket systems and 206 artillery strikes on the region’s territory were also recorded.

As a result of the attacks, 153 reports were received regarding damage to residential buildings, vehicles, and infrastructure.

As a reminder, the enemy attacked three districts of the region nearly 70 times throughout the day, using artillery and drones. In the Nikopol district, three people were killed and seven others were wounded as a result of the strikes. Rescue workers extinguished fires that broke out after the shelling and provided assistance to the victims at the impact sites.

Roman Reva, a 23-year-old police officer, died from severe injuries sustained during an airstrike on Kramatorsk.
