On the morning of July 16, Russian forces launched an attack—presumably using a “Geran”-type drone—on the village of Vysokyi in the Kharkiv region. The strike hit the premises of a civilian enterprise.
During the attack, a minibus was passing by the impact site and was damaged by debris. As a result, four passengers were injured, and the driver suffered an acute stress reaction.
