Two drivers who were at one of the ports were killed as a result of the attack. “The enemy has once again attacked port infrastructure in the Odesa region and civilian shipping. In one of the ports, cargo trucks were damaged by the blast wave. Unfortunately, two drivers were killed,” the ministry’s statement reads. Two other people were injured. They received the necessary medical care.

The Ministry of Community and Territorial Development emphasized that Russia continues to target civilian port infrastructure, vessels, and logistics facilities. “Russia continues to deliberately attack civilian ports, vessels, and logistics infrastructure, grossly violating international law and posing a threat to the safety of global shipping,” the ministry stated.
The port infrastructure of the Odesa region remains one of the key targets of Russian attacks. Important Ukrainian export routes pass through these facilities, including the transport of grain and other cargo. This was reported by the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine.
