This time, gas stations located on the left and right banks of the capital were targeted. At the time of the attack, the stations were closed due to an air raid alert, so employees had been evacuated to shelters in advance. There were also no customers on the premises.

The company emphasized that it suspends operations at gas stations during air raid alerts to minimize potential risks to staff and customers. According to Kukura, the latest attack once again demonstrated the need to adhere to this procedure.
The chairman of the board of “Ukrnafta” noted that this involves civilian infrastructure used by thousands of people every day.
The consequences are still being assessed
Currently, the company’s specialists are assessing the consequences of the latest strike. Once the assessment is complete, Ukrnafta will determine what restoration work will be required at the damaged facilities.
“People’s safety remains our top priority,” Kukura emphasized.
