Russians attacked a minibus in downtown Kherson with a drone
Today, May 13, at around 11:15 a.m., Russian occupiers carried out yet another terrorist attack against the civilian population of Kherson.
This was reported by the Kherson Regional Military Administration on Telegram.
An enemy drone struck a municipal bus that was traveling through the city center at the time.
Initial reports indicated two casualties, but the number of injured later rose to five. Among the first to be hospitalized were a 57-year-old woman and a 65-year-old man, whose condition doctors assess as moderate.
The victims were diagnosed with concussions, blast injuries, and closed head injuries. Doctors are conducting all necessary examinations and providing emergency care to the injured residents of Kherson directly at the medical facility.
Later, three more people sought treatment at the hospital: a 50-year-old woman, as well as two men aged 53 and 24.
All patients were found to have blast injuries, and the oldest of the men also sustained shrapnel wounds to his lower limbs.
Unlike the first two victims, the new patients were prescribed outpatient treatment under the supervision of specialists. Fortunately, their lives are not in danger at this time, but their psychological condition remains severe.
Russians have attacked the Chernihiv region with drones more than 50 times in the past 24 hours
On the border of the Chernihiv region, the scale of a forest fire caused by Russian shelling is rapidly increasing. Over the past 24 hours, the area of the fire has nearly doubled and currently stands at about 4,300 hectares.
As a reminder, a large-scale forest fire broke out in the Chernihiv region near the state border. The fire has engulfed thousands of hectares of forest, and preliminary data indicate that Russian shelling of border areas caused the blaze.
