Russians attacked Konotop with “Shahed” drones: one injured and water outages reported

On the afternoon of February 13, Russian forces struck Konotop in Sumy region using kamikaze drones. The attack damaged residential buildings and caused interruptions in the water supply. Additionally, one person was reported injured, according to Konotop Mayor Artem Semenikhin.

He stated that the attack damaged residential buildings, a school, and infrastructure facilities. The city is currently without water supply.

Later, he clarified that there is one injured person receiving medical assistance, while the full extent of the destruction is being assessed.

In related incidents, Russian forces shelled Sumy region, leaving Konotop without electricity and water.
Overnight, Russia also launched missile strikes on Odesa region, leaving nearly 47,000 people without power.

As a reminder, a red-level alert was declared in Odesa due to flooding. The State Emergency Service of Ukraine (DSNS) released video footage showing the evacuation from flooded streets in the city.
