Russians attack critical infrastructure facility in Vinnytsia region

During the night of 20 January, Russian forces attacked a critical infrastructure facility in Vinnytsia region.

This was reported by the Head of the Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration, Natalia Zabolotna.

Rescue services are already working at the site. This attack marks the first time in the history of the full-scale invasion that the region has been subjected to ballistic shelling.

As a result of the attack, explosions were recorded in various districts of the capital, along with disruptions to electricity and water supply. In Kyiv, 5,635 multi-storey residential buildings remain without heating, and water supply on the Left Bank has been completely cut off. Petrol stations were also damaged during the attacks, and one person was injured.
