Russians attack Zaporizhzhia: possible disruptions to electricity and water supply

In the morning, Russian forces carried out another attack on Zaporizhzhia.

This was reported by the head of the Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov.

During the air raid alert, the regional authorities warned residents about the danger of strike drones, which were actively operating over the city.

According to preliminary information, the strikes hit the outskirts of the regional centre; however, there were no civilian casualties.

The head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov, said that due to the attack, some areas of the city may experience interruptions in water and electricity supply.

He added that emergency services are already working at the sites of damage, and energy workers are doing everything possible to quickly restore the supply of resources.
“Specialists are keeping the situation under control,” the regional head noted.

Local authorities urged citizens to stay in shelters during air raid alerts and not to ignore the warning signals of the alert system.

Residents are also asked not to share details of the strikes or publish photos or videos from the scene until official reports are released.

Representatives of the utility services confirmed that the energy infrastructure had suffered some damage, but critical consequences were avoided.

It should be recalled that Russia struck Kharkiv with ballistic missiles.
The occupiers also damaged five energy facilities in the Chernihiv region.
