A fire broke out at a food processing plant as a result of the Russian attack on Zaporizhzhia. According to preliminary reports, one person was injured.
“The smoke rising over the city is the result of an enemy attack on Zaporizhzhia. A fire broke out at a food processing plant following the Russian strike,” he wrote.
According to Fedorov, one person is known to have been injured so far. Cars and buildings are on fire.
Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, reported this on Telegram.
The Russian strike destroyed a UNICEF warehouse that stored humanitarian aid for Ukrainian children and families affected by the war. According to preliminary data, more than 106,000 units of humanitarian aid with a total value of nearly $3.9 million were lost.
Seven people have been injured in the attack on Zaporizhzhia, including a child.
Russia damaged one of Zaporizhzhia’s oldest buildings. The number of casualties in Zaporizhzhia has risen following the Russian strike. According to the latest reports, five people were injured, including a 10-year-old child.
