Russian forces shell Dnipropetrovsk region, leaving people injured and damaging a business and homes
The Russian army carried out a series of attacks on Dnipropetrovsk region on March 12. As a result of the shelling, two people were injured.
This was reported by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Hanzha.
According to him, during the day Russian troops attacked two districts of the region — Nikopol and Synelnykove districts — more than ten times using artillery and unmanned aerial vehicles.
In Nikopol District, the city of Nikopol and the Marhanets territorial community came under fire. As a result of the attacks, industrial enterprises and multi-storey residential buildings were damaged.
In Synelnykove District, Russian forces struck the Mykolaivka territorial community. A fire broke out in a private house and an outbuilding.
As a result of the attack, a man and a woman were injured. They were hospitalised in moderate condition.
On the evening of March 11, Russian forces attacked transport infrastructure in Kherson. As a result of the strikes, the road surface was damaged. Information about other possible consequences of the attack is being clarified.

Over the course of the day, Russian troops carried out 624 strikes on 36 settlements in Zaporizhzhia region. As a result of attacks on Zaporizhzhia and Polohy districts, two people were injured.
In addition, on March 3, Russian occupying forces carried out a strike with a Geran-2 drone on the city of Chuhuiv in Kharkiv region.
It should also be recalled that Russia attacked energy facilities in Ukraine, causing power outages.
Russian forces also attacked Odesa region with drones, damaging port infrastructure.
