The Russians struck a children's hospital in Zaporizhzhia
Russian troops attacked the grounds of the Regional Children’s Clinical Hospital in Zaporizhzhia. The hospital building was damaged, but fortunately, none of the children or hospital staff were injured. During the air raid alert, they were all in a shelter.
At the time of the Russian attack, the children and medical staff were in a shelter. This is what helped prevent any casualties. However, the strike damaged the hospital building. Windows were shattered and the facade was damaged.

According to Fedorov, none of the children or hospital staff were injured. The Russian attack occurred amid a series of strikes on the Zaporizhzhia region. Earlier that day, Russian forces attacked the Bilenky community.

In particular, Russian drones struck Kanivske. As a result of the attack, residential buildings and outbuildings there were destroyed. Ukrainian authorities are once again urging residents of the region not to ignore air raid sirens and to take shelter during attacks. This was reported by Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration.

Casualties among Russian occupation forces in the full-scale war against Ukraine have begun to outpace the rate of mobilization efforts in the Russian Federation.
Russian dictator Vladimir Putin signed a law expanding the list of individuals eligible to sign contracts with the Ministry of Defense during mobilization, martial law, or wartime.
