Russians struck critical infrastructure in Kherson; three districts are without power
On the evening of August 10, Russian troops carried out airstrikes on critical infrastructure in Kherson. As a result of the attack, the city experienced disruptions in electricity and water supply.
Parts of three districts in Kherson were left without power, and emergency services are working to address the aftermath of the shelling.
“Russian terrorists have once again cynically attacked our community’s critical infrastructure with airstrikes,” Shanko said.
According to him, power and water outages are being observed throughout the city as a result of the airstrikes.
The Central, Dniprovskyi, and Korabelnyi districts of Kherson are partially without power.
Experts are assessing the extent of the damage and the scope of emergency repair work.

As a result of the nighttime attack, Kherson has been without power for several days.
As a reminder, due to Russian shelling of energy infrastructure, some consumers in the Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Sumy, Kharkiv, and Kherson regions are temporarily without power. This was reported by the Ministry of Energy as of the morning of August 6.
