Kyiv City Express trains have been suspended in Kyiv due to an attack by the Russian Federation
On the night of September 23 and into the morning, Russian forces attacked Kyiv with strike drones. The aftermath of the attack was observed in the Holosiivskyi and Solomianskyi districts of the capital.
The effects of the Russian drone attack were observed in two districts of Kyiv, including fires, falling debris, and damage to civilian infrastructure.
In light of the attack, Kyiv City Express train service in both directions has been temporarily suspended.
“According to Kyiv City Express, train service in both directions has been temporarily suspended due to an increased aerial threat to the capital,” the Kyiv City State Administration reported.
Passengers were advised to monitor further updates regarding the resumption of city train service.

On the night of September 23 and in the morning, Russian troops continued to attack Kyiv with drones. In the Holosiivskyi district, a drone struck a gas station, and a warehouse was also damaged.
We should add that drones attacked the temporarily occupied Donetsk and Luhansk regions overnight.
As a reminder, Russia struck Kharkiv on the night of September 23, resulting in one fatality.
