Russians attacked 26 settlements in Zaporizhzhia region in one day: civilians injured
Over the past day, the Russian army continued intense shelling of the Zaporizhzhia region, with at least 26 settlements coming under attack.
This was reported on Telegram by the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov.
The occupiers used various types of weapons, combining airstrikes with artillery and mortar fire. These attacks resulted in further destruction of civilian infrastructure and injuries among civilians.
According to regional authorities, the enemy struck Orikhiv, Huliaipole, Malynivka, Pyatykhatky, Levadne, Robotyne, and a number of other frontline villages. The shelling took place both during the day and at night, significantly complicating the evacuation of residents and the work of emergency services.
In some communities, hits were recorded on residential buildings, outbuildings, and social infrastructure facilities.
At least six civilians were injured during the attacks, including elderly people. All the wounded received prompt medical assistance, and some were hospitalized with injuries of varying severity.
Doctors report that the condition of most of the injured is stable; however, some remain in serious condition and require prolonged treatment.
Earlier, Russians attacked the Dnipropetrovsk region with FPV drones and artillery.
Russian forces also carried out another nighttime strike on the Odesa region, targeting civilian infrastructure.
