A 63-year-old man wounded by Russian KABs died in Sumy
A 63-year-old man who was injured in a Russian KAB strike on a residential area in Sumy died in the hospital.
It is reported that he sustained multiple shrapnel wounds and was admitted to the hospital. Doctors were unable to save him.
This was reported on the Sumy Regional Military Administration’s Telegram channel.
As a reminder, the Russians dropped KAB bombs on Sumy, injuring 11 people.
In July, Russia used KABs against Ukraine a record number of times.
As a reminder, two young girls—10-year-old Sofia and 5-year-old Emilia—were killed on August 4 as a result of a Russian strike with guided bombs on Sumy. The children were in their own home when the Russian attack cut short their lives. Photos of the deceased sisters have appeared online.
During a working visit to the Sumy region on July 29, Ukrainian Prime Minister Serhiy Koretskyi discussed measures with military officials to protect the region from Russian guided airstrikes.
