On July 16, Russian troops attacked Kramatorsk with a guided aerial bomb. The strike damaged “Nova Poshta” branch No. 5, where a fire broke out.

The company clarified that all postal workers were in shelters at the time of the Russian strike. According to the latest reports, no one was injured.

"Nova Poshta" emphasized that detailed information regarding the damaged shipments will be provided shortly.

The company promised to compensate customers for the declared value of shipments damaged as a result of the attack.

“We are already contacting customers to provide details regarding compensation. Nova Poshta has activated backup logistics routes to minimize potential delivery delays,” the statement reads.

It also noted that all information regarding the status of shipments can be found in the mobile app and on the "Nova Poshta" website.
