Russian airstrikes killed a man in Komyshuvas, Zaporizhzhia Oblast
A civilian was killed as a result of yet another terrorist attack by Russian occupation forces in the village of Komyshuvakha, Zaporizhzhia Oblast.
This was reported on Telegram by Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration.
The enemy attacked the settlement with guided aerial bombs, causing widespread destruction in the residential area and fires.
The tragedy occurred during a massive shelling of residential neighborhoods in the peaceful village. The victim of the aggression was a 53-year-old local resident who sustained fatal injuries during the explosion of enemy munitions.
As a result of the guided airstrikes, private residential buildings and a number of non-residential structures sustained significant damage. State Emergency Service units worked swiftly at the impact sites to extinguish the fires that engulfed the destroyed buildings.
“The Russians struck Komyshuvakha with guided aerial bombs. Private homes and non-residential structures were destroyed, and a fire broke out. A 53-year-old man was killed as a result of the shelling,” reported Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration.
The use of guided aerial bombs remains one of the greatest threats to frontline settlements in the region. Such munitions possess immense destructive power and often lead to fatal consequences for the civilian population.
Specialized services and law enforcement agencies are currently continuing their work at the site of the war crime.
Experts are documenting the consequences of the attack to later submit the materials to international courts as evidence of genocide.
Regional authorities are once again reminding residents of the critical need to take shelter when an air raid alert is sounded.
