A Russian drone pierced the roof of a high-rise building in Sumy
On the evening of May 25, Russian occupation forces attacked a residential neighborhood in the Zarichny district of Sumy with drones; a strike on an apartment building was recorded. As a result of the enemy strike, the roof and floor slab of the building were breached, and an apartment on the top floor sustained significant damage.
Serhiy Kryvosheyko, head of the Sumy City Military Administration, reported this on Telegram.
According to preliminary data from the head of the Military Administration, there were no civilian casualties in the incident. In addition to the direct hit, debris from enemy airstrikes fell at three other locations in the city. Specialized services promptly began work at the sites, surveying the area and neutralizing any explosive devices found.
Throughout the day, Russian troops carried out more than 30 attacks on Dnipro and four districts of the Dnipropetrovsk region. As a result of the shelling, 24 people were wounded. The consequences of the attacks are being assessed, and relevant services are working at the sites.
On May 25, Russian occupation forces carried out an airstrike on Yasnogorivka, killing two people and wounding three others.
