Russian strike damages civilian infrastructure in Odesa (Photos)
On December 18, Odesa came under enemy fire, targeting residential buildings and civilian infrastructure. No casualties among the population have been reported so far. Assessments and assistance for residents are ongoing, according to Sergiy Lysak, head of the Local Military Administration.
Private homes and buildings for civilian use were damaged during the attack.

“Currently, there are no casualties. Operational headquarters and relevant services are working on site. Damage assessments are being conducted, and residents are receiving assistance,” Lysak said.
