Six people injured by Russian strikes on Kherson region yesterday
On 10 February, Russian occupation forces carried out a massive attack on the right bank of Kherson region.
More than 30 towns and villages came under intense enemy fire, resulting in injuries to six civilians.
According to the Head of the Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, the enemy used a combined tactic of terror.
“Russian forces targeted critical and social infrastructure, as well as residential areas of settlements across the region,” the head of the RMA stated.
The occupiers used artillery, carried out airstrikes, and actively deployed unmanned aerial vehicles. Among the targeted locations were Antonivka, Bilozerka, Beryslav, Tyahynka, and the regional centre, the city of Kherson.
As a result of the shelling, residential buildings and essential infrastructure facilities sustained significant damage. Authorities have officially confirmed the destruction of three multi-storey apartment buildings and 15 private houses in various communities across the region.
Earlier, Russian forces attacked civilian infrastructure in Sumy region with a drone, injuring children. A Russian strike also seriously damaged an energy facility in Odesa region.
