Ukrainian Defence Forces shoot down 110 enemy drones

On the night of 10 February, Ukraine was subjected to another massive attack by Russian occupation forces.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The enemy used a wide range of aerial attack systems, attempting to exhaust Ukraine’s air defence system.

According to official data, the enemy launched 125 attack drones, which included not only the usual Shahed drones but also Gerbera and Italmas models. The launches were carried out from multiple directions, including Kursk, Oryol, Bryansk, and Primorsko-Akhtarsk.

The air assault was countered by aviation, surface-to-air missile units, electronic warfare units, drone systems, and mobile fire teams of the Ukrainian Defence Forces.

Thanks to the coordinated work of the defenders of the sky, a high level of success was achieved in repelling the aggression.

Preliminary data indicate that as of 08:30, Ukraine’s air defence had shot down or suppressed 110 enemy drones, including Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas, and other types.

Successful neutralisation of threats occurred in the northern, southern, and eastern regions of the country.

Recall that the consequences of the attack on Odesa have already been reported.

Additionally, bad weather limited the operation of F-16 and Mirage fighter jets during the night attack.
