Russians shell Zaporizhzhia region: three injured, infrastructure and gas station damaged
Since the morning of February 20, Russian forces have repeatedly attacked settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region. As a result of the shelling, three people were injured, and damage to infrastructure and a gas station was recorded.
This was reported by the head of the regional military administration, Ivan Fedorov.
In the morning, Russian forces struck Novomykolaivka and Vilniansk in the Zaporizhzhia district with drones.
As a result of the attack, private houses were destroyed and damaged. A 73-year-old man was injured and received all necessary medical assistance.
During the day, the occupiers carried out guided aerial bomb strikes on Komyshuvakha, destroying and damaging residential buildings. A fire broke out in an apartment building.
Due to the enemy shelling, a 22-year-old woman and a 27-year-old man were injured. They are receiving all necessary assistance.
Attacks on Zaporizhzhia
In addition, Russian troops struck infrastructure facilities in Zaporizhzhia.
“Smoke rising over Zaporizhzhia is the result of an enemy attack on the infrastructure of the regional center,” Fedorov wrote.
According to him, there have been no reports of casualties. Emergency services are working at the scene.
Russian forces also struck a gas station in one of Zaporizhzhia’s districts.

A fire broke out but has already been localized by emergency responders. According to preliminary information, there were no casualties.
Earlier, it was reported that Russia attacked Zaporizhzhia with drones, killing one person and damaging houses.
