Salaries at Energoatom have been disclosed
At the state-owned company Energoatom, personnel expenses have risen significantly, and with them, the average level of employee compensation has also increased. Over the course of the year, the payroll fund grew by more than 4.5 billion hryvnias, which has significantly altered the financial picture of one of the country’s largest employers. On average, each employee began receiving tens of thousands of hryvnias more per month than before. This was reported by Delo.ua, citing data from the YouControl analytical system.
At the end of the year, the company’s total payroll expenses rose from 17.4 billion hryvnias to 22 billion hryvnias, representing a 26.5% increase. The company currently employs over 25,000 people, and these expenses are distributed among this workforce.
The analysis shows that, on average, expenses per employee increased by approximately 18,247 hryvnias per month. While this figure previously stood at around 52,969 hryvnias, it has now risen to 71,216 hryvnias, including salaries and related tax deductions.
In effect, this represents a significant increase in the financial burden on the payroll fund at one of the key state-owned energy companies responsible for nuclear power generation in Ukraine.
