Current risks for Ukrainians who avoid service: Zhorin's commentary
Maksym Zhorin, deputy commander of the Third Assault Brigade, warned that Ukrainians hiding from service in the Ukrainian Armed Forces could become victims of a new wave of mobilization by Russia. He noted that in the occupied Luhansk region, the Russian military began large-scale "training camps" to take Ukrainians under their command and fill the gaps at the front. Zhorin emphasized that the Russians do not regret anything, and everyone who joins their army becomes meat for the next battles.

Zhorin also noted that not everyone in Ukraine is aware of the danger associated with the occupation and the consequences that may threaten civilians. In his opinion, the situation could worsen if more people continue to avoid service, as such decisions could lead to mobilization into the enemy's ranks. In parallel, musician MC Petya called for the mobilization of all men, expressing the need to fight for their country.
