Rescue operations have been completed at the site of a collapsed high-rise building in Dnipro

The Civil Protection Service and rescue workers have fully completed search and rescue operations at the site where a Russian missile struck a residential area in the city of Dnipro during a massive attack on the night of June 2. 

During the final dismantling of the destroyed four-story building, rescue teams recovered the body of one more civilian. As a result, the final death toll rose to 16 people, including two young children. 

In addition to the fatalities, 42 people, including four children, sustained injuries of varying severity as a result of the nighttime terrorist attack. Currently, 21 adult patients and three injured children remain under the care of medical staff in city hospitals; all victims are receiving a full range of necessary emergency medical care and psychological support.

The updated data was released by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Oleksandrovych Hanzha, and the State Emergency Service.

The Russian attack damaged energy and oil and gas infrastructure, and there are casualties.
