Explosions were heard in Kyiv: there are reports of a possible strike on the Nova Poshta terminal
The Kyiv region is under attack by jet-powered drones; explosions can be heard in the capital and the surrounding region. At approximately 09:27, an air raid alert was issued in Kyiv due to the threat of an attack. Later, reports emerged of a jet-powered drone moving toward the capital from the north.
Around 10:37 a.m., explosions were heard in Kyiv, followed by a plume of smoke rising from the site of a possible strike. Reports circulated online that a “Nova Poshta” terminal may have been the target. There is currently no official confirmation of this information.
In the Kyiv region, the air raid alert also extended to the Obukhiv, Brovary, and Boryspil districts. Air defense forces were deployed in the region.
As a reminder, Russian forces attacked Brovary in the Kyiv region: residents are being asked to close their windows.
The Kyiv region received over 33 metric tons of power equipment from Lithuania and Finland.
The Kyiv and Zhytomyr regions have received new shipments of critically important energy equipment from Lithuania. The aid is intended to strengthen the resilience of Ukraine’s power grid and facilitate the rapid restoration of damaged networks.
As a reminder, Serbia will provide Ukraine with a new package of humanitarian aid. It will include support in the fields of medicine and energy.
