A Russian attack destroyed a Philips warehouse in Ukraine
A Russian attack on Wednesday destroyed a warehouse containing Philips-branded household goods and caused significant damage to the warehouse infrastructure of the company’s logistics partner in Ukraine.
The company emphasized that despite the extensive damage, none of the employees of “Versuni Ukraine” or its logistics partner were injured.
“Most importantly, none of the employees of our logistics partner or Versuni Ukraine were injured. We are sincerely grateful to the emergency responders for their swift response and professional work. We are also grateful to our colleagues and logistics partners for their composure, professionalism, and dedication to their work,” the company stated.
At the same time, the Russian attack destroyed a warehouse containing Philips products and significantly damaged facilities used for logistics support of shipments.
The company is currently assessing the extent of the damage and the consequences of the attack.
At the same time, specialists are working on solutions to ensure the continuity of business processes and the fulfillment of obligations to customers and partners.
The company has assured that it will not cease operations in Ukraine.
“We continue to work for Ukraine, restore supplies, and do everything possible to ensure that our products are once again available to Ukrainian consumers,” Versun Ukraine stated.
Thus, while the Russian attack caused significant damage to the company’s logistics infrastructure, it did not result in any injuries to its employees or those of its logistics partner.

On the night of September 5, Russia launched a massive attack on Ukraine, using “Iskander-M/KN-23” ballistic missiles and 167 strike drones.
Russian occupiers attacked the “Epicenter” shopping mall in Mykolaiv several times. Two people were injured as a result of the strikes, and fires broke out at the impact sites.
In Kyiv, Ukraine, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that Ukraine had proposed to Russia—the aggressor state—that it temporarily halt airstrikes during negotiations related to possible visits by U.S. envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner.
