In Luhansk, partisans disabled a substation at a railway hub used to supply Russian troops
In the temporarily occupied city of Luhansk, a power substation that supplied electricity to a railway hub used for the delivery of Russian military cargo was disabled as a result of a sabotage attack.
This was reported by the partisan movement “ATESH.”
According to the movement, their agent infiltrated the facility and disabled an electrical transformer. Following this, a fire broke out at the substation, engulfing part of the equipment.
“The fire engulfed the transformer equipment—restoration will take several weeks,” noted “ATESH.”

The group claims that the substation powered a railway hub through which military cargo was supplied to Russian units.
“The substation powered the railway junction through which trains carrying equipment and ammunition passed around the clock,” the statement said.
ATESH also stated that the incident caused delays in supplies to Russian troops, particularly in the Lyman and Kostiantynivka areas.

“Now the occupiers are forced to reorganize their logistics and find detours. Blow by blow, we will destroy Putin’s system from within,” the movement added.
Prior to this, agents of the “ATESH” partisan movement carried out two simultaneous sabotage operations on the railway section between Stary Oskol and Urazov in the Kharkiv region.
In addition, agents of the underground “ATESH” movement carried out a successful sabotage operation on a strategically important railway section connecting Bryansk with the Sumy direction.
As a reminder, "ATESH" partisans destroyed a Russian electric locomotive in Bryansk.
"ATESH" also identified a Russian camp in Mirny.
