An oil loading terminal was damaged following a drone attack on the Russian port of Ust-Luga on the Baltic Sea, which could complicate exports.
Industry sources told Reuters about this.
According to them, the strike hit crude oil transshipment facilities operated by Transneft. The company did not comment on the situation.
Last year, 32.9 million tons of petroleum products were exported through this port, with a daily transshipment volume of about 700,000 barrels.

Estimates suggest that drone attacks and issues with “shadow fleet” tankers have already paralyzed at least 40% of Russia’s oil export capacity.
As a reminder, drones attacked a metallurgical plant in occupied Alchevsk.
Drones also attacked industrial facilities in the Samara region and Yaroslavl.
