Authorities in Sochi report new drone attack and air defense activity
Authorities in the Russian city of Sochi reported a new drone attack and the operation of air defense systems.
The information was announced by local officials.
According to the authorities, all emergency services have been placed on maximum alert, and their work is being coordinated by the city’s operational headquarters.
Residents and visitors to the city have been urged to remain calm and follow safety measures. In particular, those staying near the coastline were advised not to go outside and to remain indoors in rooms without windows.
On the evening of March 10, dozens of missiles reportedly targeted the territory of Russia, causing powerful explosions and a fire at the strategic microelectronics plant Kremniy El Group in Bryansk.
Earlier, on January 24, Ukrainian drones damaged the Kremniy El microelectronics factory in Bryansk during a nighttime attack.
