Ukraine Plans to Scale Up Production of Drones to Intercept Jet-Powered Suicide Drones — Koretsky

Ukraine will significantly ramp up production of interceptor drones capable of shooting down high-speed Russian “Shahed” jet drones. Prime Minister Serhiy Koretsky announced plans to expand the production of such drones.

Koretsky called scaling up the production of interceptors one of the key tasks in countering Russian jet drones. According to him, all government agencies, without exception, are focused on this issue.

To enable manufacturers to ramp up production of these drones more quickly, the government plans to:

  • simplify operating conditions for manufacturers;
  • minimize bureaucratic procedures;
  • increase financial support through credit instruments.
