The Ukrainian military has ordered $1 billion worth of equipment through Brave1 Market
During the first year of operation of Brave1 Market, the state-run defense technology marketplace, units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces ordered military hardware and equipment totaling approximately $1 billion. The platform enables the military to more quickly identify and procure modern Ukrainian defense innovations.
During this time, approximately 500,000 unmanned aerial vehicles, ground-based robotic systems, and electronic warfare and reconnaissance systems were delivered to more than 400 units.
On August 1, 2025, the updated eBaly program, integrated with Brave1 Market, was launched. This made it possible to implement market mechanisms into the previously closed state system for supplying the Defense Forces.
This allowed combat commanders, for the first time, to independently select the resources their units needed.
Service members earn e-Points for verified combat missions, including reconnaissance, logistics, evacuation of the wounded, neutralization of the enemy, and more. They then exchange these points for the technology they need, such as drones, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), and electronic warfare (EW)/electronic countermeasures (ECM) equipment.
Currently, defenders can order more than 1,100 items on the Brave1 Market using eBals.
At the same time, the delivery time for available equipment has been reduced to an average of seven days, according to the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense.

As a result of a nighttime Russian missile attack on the night of August 5, the production and logistics facilities of the company “Epicenter” sustained significant damage. One employee was killed, and three others were injured.
As a result of a Russian drone attack on August 4 in Dnipro, a warehouse belonging to the company “Biosfera”—which was part of a 20,000-square-meter warehouse complex—was completely destroyed.
