Ukrainian F-16 shoots down Russian Kh-101 missile (video)
A video has surfaced online showing a Ukrainian F-16 fighter jet intercepting a Russian Kh-101 cruise missile during one of Russia’s massive attacks.
The footage shows the tracking of the aerial target and the launch of an air-to-air missile at the enemy weapon. The video demonstrates the Ukrainian Air Force’s efforts to counter enemy missile strikes.
After a direct hit by the missile fired from the fighter jet, the Russian Kh-101 exploded in mid-air without reaching its target.
The video also shows debris from the destroyed cruise missile falling into a field after the interception.
