Twelve people missing in Chelyabinsk region after factory explosion

In Kopeysk, Chelyabinsk region, the search continues for 12 people who went missing after an explosion at a factory on the evening of October 22. Governor Alexei Teksler said that as of the morning of October 23, 19 people had been injured, five of whom were in serious condition, and two were in the hospital with burns.
