Intelligence warns of Russia preparing new massive strikes on Ukraine — Zelensky
Ukrainian intelligence has information that Russia is preparing new massive strikes on Ukrainian territory.
This was reported by President Volodymyr Zelensky on his Telegram.
According to the head of state, corresponding orders have already been given to air defence forces and the military. He emphasised that Ukraine openly informs international partners about the need for missiles for air defence and systems to protect the skies.
“Right now, according to intelligence, we have information that the Russians are preparing new massive strikes. We are being honest with our partners about the missiles for air defence and the systems that are so necessary for us,” Zelensky said.
The president also noted that the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine is working to strengthen the country’s defence capabilities, but current supply volumes are insufficient.
In addition, Zelensky called on citizens not to ignore air raid alerts and to support those in need of assistance.
It should be recalled that as a result of a Russian attack in the Kharkiv region, eight people were injured, including children.
