Two people were killed and 15 wounded in Odessa following a nighttime attack by Russia

As a result of a nighttime attack by Russian drones on Odesa, strikes on residential buildings and civilian infrastructure were recorded. Two people were killed, and at least 15 others were injured.

This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine on Facebook.

According to rescue workers, a strike on a three-story residential building destroyed apartments and caused a fire. Six people were injured there.

Two two-story buildings were also destroyed. Firefighters rescued one person and evacuated another 20 residents, including two children. Seven people were injured in these buildings.

Another drone struck a two-story house—two people were killed, and one person was injured. Sixteen residents were evacuated from the building.

Psychologists from the State Emergency Service worked at the sites of the shelling throughout the night, providing assistance to more than 50 people, including three children who were in a state of severe stress.

Over 140 rescue workers have been deployed to address the aftermath of the attack. Work is ongoing, and information regarding the victims is being updated.

According to the head of the city’s military administration, as of this morning, 15 people were injured, eight of whom are in medical facilities.

Defense forces recorded a massive movement of enemy strike drones and tactical aviation activity in several regions of Ukraine on the evening of April 23.

On April 23, Russian troops struck Kryvyi Rih’s railway infrastructure. The attack caused damage to the train station—the blast wave shattered several windows and doors.

In Dnipro, the number of casualties from the Russian night attack has risen. It is known that the strike also claimed the lives of three people.
