In occupied Kyrylivka, the Ukrainian Armed Forces killed Ivanov, the head of the department at Russia's Main Radio Frequency Center
In the occupied town of Kyrylivka in Zaporizhzhia Oblast, Mikhail Ivanov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast branch of the “Main Radio Frequency Center” (MRFC), was killed in an attack on a resort. This was reported by Russia’s Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology, and Mass Media (Roskomnadzor).
According to the Russian agency, 54-year-old Ivanov was killed during a strike on the resort. Roskomnadzor confirmed his death and expressed condolences to the family of the deceased.
Ivanov had headed the Main Radio Frequency Center’s department in the Zaporizhzhia region since May 2023. The Main Radio Frequency Center is an agency subordinate to Roskomnadzor and is responsible for regulating the use of radio frequencies and the operation of communications equipment.
The attack on the resort in Kyrylivka took place on the night of July 24–25. The Russian side reported that people were killed as a result of the strike. Ukrainian sources reported that the destroyed facilities may have been used by the Russian military. There is currently no official confirmation of this information.

As a reminder, the Ukrainian Defense Forces eliminated Russian occupier Dmitry Zhukov, who, prior to the war, was a candidate for the title of Master of Sports in powerlifting and a winner of several Russian tournaments. According to Russian sources, the soldier was killed on July 8, and his funeral will be held on July 27.
On the night of July 26, Ukrainian reconnaissance units struck a Russian S-400 “Triumph” anti-aircraft missile system in the temporarily occupied Crimea. As a result of the operation, the system’s launcher and radar station were destroyed.
